Construction Method for a Long-Form Contract
ISCO has developed an effective way of executing and demobilizing its capacity in performing a work in conformance with client specifications and in a systematic way. The sequence and manner in which the Work is proposed to be carried out, coordinated and managed is described below.

Upon award, ISCO assigns a dedicated Project Management Team led by a Project Manager, with site facilities, temporary offices, storage and equipment mobilized per the approved plan.
- 2
Planning, Scheduling & Reporting
A Planning Engineer prepares the project-specific construction schedule for Client review and approval; Project Control conducts field monitoring and production reports.
- 3
Construction Activities
Work is executed in strict adherence with approved drawings, specifications and standards; field procedures are submitted for approval before each work activity.
- 4
Engineering & Documentation
Engineering personnel handle documentation, distribution and control of project documents, lifting plans, execution plans and submittals.
- 5
Procurement, Material & Warehousing
Material requisitions and purchase orders follow Client approval; warehousing personnel control storage and usage of all materials on site.
- 6
Safety, Security & Quality Control
Full-time Safety Supervisor and Safety Officers implement the approved Safety Program; a specific QA/QC Program is submitted for prior approval. Training is provided for technical skill and safety.
- 7
Working Hours & Coordination
Regular hours are 10 hours/day, 6 days/week, with overtime when needed; Timekeepers control actual hours and work is coordinated with the Client and other contractors.
- 8
Camp Facilities & Demobilization
ISCO utilizes or establishes camps (living quarters, dining, laundry, recreation); a written demobilization plan is approved before any resources are released.
